Worldwide Express (DHL /UPS ) delivery times will generally be 3-10 Working days to most major cities.

We currently do not get online tracking for certain countries, but do have very reliable couriers/mail carriers.

IMPORTANT: If unsure if your articles will be subject to import duties/customs fees please contact your local customs office/agency or postal authority for clarification.
Any such fees imposed on your goods are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
As most orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order, any cancellations must be made immediately. All cancellations will attract a fee of $15 AUD to cover administration costs and transaction fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your not happy with our product we are happy to exchange or refund less shipping and 15% re-packaging/stocking fee. We are happy to offer an exchange for size/style/colour, please contact our customer service team to assist you. Products which arrive with a defect/manufacturing fault are entitled to a replacement or refund less any shipping costs.
